Currently all excursions are available for booking for private groups in english, french or spanish.
Reservations
A reservation with us is non-binding for you and does not involve any cancellation fees if you cancel 24 hours in advance.
For the reservation we will need 30% deposit. If you cancel more than 24 hours before the tour you will be completely refunded. For cancellations within 24 hours before the tour and No-shows, the deposit will not be refunded.
Of course, short-term requests are also possible at any time. In this case, it is best to contact us directly via Whatsapp.

Dates & weather
If possible, we will give you the dates for your excursions about 1 week before your arrival.
There are no fixed days for certain tours, we plan all dates flexibly and according to your needs.
We continuously monitor the weather forecast on site and for all excursion destinations. If the weather on the planned day of the excursion is not optimal according to the forecasts, we will contact you in advance,
Our tours will not take place in the event of expected rain, strong wind or high waves.
In such a case, we'd rather look for an alternative date with you, with better conditions.
Pick up & transfer
Playa del Carmen, Punta Maroma, Akumal (to "Grand Bahia Principe")
In this area we pick you up directly at your hotel or accommodation for all our excursions.
If you are staying in the Hotel Zone or downtown Tulum, pick-up is available for the Sian Ka'an excursion easily possible. With the "Ek Balam" and "Chichen Itza" excursions, pick-up up in the center of Tulum is also possible.
For all other tours, we can pick you up in outlying areas for a surcharge.
Puerto Morelos, Cancun & Hotelzone Cancun
For the excursions " Isla Mujeres ", " Isla Contoy " and " Swimming with Whale Sharks" we are happy to pick you up at your hotel.
For all other tours there is the possibility of pick-up at an additional cost, alternatively we will arrange a meeting point in Playa del Carmen.
